We were robbed!....Oh wait, the movers came :P.
So there is officially nothing in my appartment, excpet for what we have to throw out or what we are taking with us. I would be fairly traumatized by this, but I havent actually seen it yet. My wonderful husband did it all by himself, accompanied by an 8 person team of packers and some movers, and I didnt have to stress or deal with any of it. Thanks hunny! Like I said before, its a blessing for us both. I may be in shock when I walk in to all of my wonderful possesions gone, but untill then its just words. Everyone keeps talking about us leaving in 2 weeks, 2 WEEKS!, yes about 2 weeks and it really freaks me out. I think it will become more real when we officially move out of our first home together into Army lodging...yay :P. Untill then we will be borrowing blankets from my wonderful friend and sleeping on the floor. Maybe we will by marshmellows and roast them, since the stove belongs to the building. A regular camp out, we will be roughing it after all. My next mission is to see if Ft. Hood has a lending closet so we can borrow pots and pans to cook with while we are still there. Someone remind me to do this. The week home has flown and it is amazing how tired you get trying to soak up three years of people. Hopefully we will get to come back atleast once, but you still try to make the time...quality...and quantity...if that makes any sense. I have done alot, now if I could only finish up those dang thank you cards. If you reading this, Thank you, I really appreciate you comming to the wedding and we appreciated your gift, and I'm sorry that I have a procrasticnation problem. Forgive me and I will get you your note as quickly as possible. OH! Tomorrow is Earth Day and this year I plan on celebrating it! I am taking my reusable cup to starbucks for a free caffine free passion tea (because we all know that caffine and I arent friends). I suggest everyone does the same. So Happy Earth Day everyone, what can you do to reduce waste?
